What we collect
The website itself keeps no personal data. When you contact Ox Tool by email or through the enquiry form, we receive only what you choose to send, usually your name, a reply address and your message about sizing, made-to-measure or the collection.
What we do with it
What you send to Ox Tool is used to answer your enquiry about a swimsuit or a made-to-measure fitting, and for nothing beyond that. We do not profile you, make automated decisions about you or share your email address.
Third parties
No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
Retention
Ox Tool holds your messages for as long as it takes to settle your enquiry or order, including a made-to-measure fitting and any follow-up once the swimwear has reached you, and then deletes them. If a law requires us to keep certain records, such as sales documents, those stay only for the period it prescribes.
Your rights
You can ask Ox Tool, free of charge, to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for any purpose at all. A single message through the contact form is all it takes.
Keeping it safe
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
