Content and ownership
The designs, photographs and text on this site are Ox Tool's own work unless a credit says otherwise. Feel free to read, share and link to them; copying them for commercial use requires our permission, so please ask us beforehand.
Accuracy of information
We publish information about Ox Tool's swimwear in good faith and update it when something changes. Because runs are small, the final price, delivery date and availability of a piece are confirmed with you individually; this site introduces the collection and is not itself a contract.
Buying from us
Because each Ox Tool design is made in a limited run of 40 to 60 pieces, orders are agreed one at a time. You contact us, we confirm the piece is still available and tell you the total and how to pay; nothing is binding until then, and this site charges nothing automatically.
If something arrives wrong
For each order we agree with you how the swimwear will travel from the atelier and when it should arrive. If a piece is faulty or does not match its description, fixing that is our responsibility: get in touch and Ox Tool will arrange the return.

To the extent permitted by law, Ox Tool accepts no liability for indirect losses arising from the use of this site. Linked third-party sites are outside our control and their content is their own.
When terms change
From time to time Ox Tool may update these terms, for example when a new season's collection changes how we take orders. You will always find the current version at this address, and if you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered location of Ox Tool, and disputes fall to the competent courts there.
